Returns

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return your item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. The item must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt & proof of postage of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.

We take the upmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we politely ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email sales@bellscottageinteriors.co.uk
As soon as we have received a photo of your damaged item(s), we will process a refund or send a replacement to the shipping address stated on your original order.

    Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we will refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase

    This does not affect your statutory rights.
